Follow the instructions provided to complete your request.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT
Wrap the item in protective packaging.
Place the item & packaging in the manufacturer’s box/bag.
Place the manufacturer’s box/bag inside an appropriate shipping box.
Include a copy of the return paperwork and drop it off at the nearest USPS or UPS location, depending on the courier service indicated on your shipping label.
WARRANTY RETURNS
Please email us at support@onestopperfumes.com for information regarding the return of broken or defective items covered under factory warranty. We will be happy to assist you in these matters. However, some manufacturers require the consumer to send damaged items directly to them.
RESTOCKING FEE (Non-Defective Items)
Non-defective merchandise returned to us for any reason will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the return shipping cost. This policy applies only to merchandise returned in its original condition and within 30 days of the invoice date. Items received after 30 days will be assessed at our discretion.

Please pack the item in the same manner we shipped it to you.
Products should be protected by manufacturer-supplied packaging.
Use an appropriate shipping container. If you received the product in a cardboard shipping container, it must be returned that way. Returns that have been inappropriately shipped will be rejected.
